Yael Langer

Yael Langer has served as general counsel and secretary of RAD. and several other companies in the RAD-Bynet Group since 1998. In this position Ms. Langer has been involved in several IPOs and mergers and acquisitions and handles numerous investment transactions and legal issues for the group’s start-up companies.

From three years prior to being named to her current position Ms. Langer served as assistant general counsel to companies in the RAD-Bynet Group

Ms. Langer was named a director in Ceragon Networks Ltd., a member of the RAD Group traded on the NASDAQ and Tel Aviv stock exchanges, in 2000 and director of Radware Ltd., another NASDAQ-traded RAD Group company, in 2009.

Before coming to RAD Ms. Langer was a member of the legal department of Poalim Capital Markets and Investments Ltd, the underwriting and investment banking subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim. Prior to that, she was an attorney at the firm of Shimron, Molcho, Persky in Jerusalem.

Ms. Langer holds an L.L.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
