Dylan Conroy has extensive work experience, beginning in 2004 when they volunteered for Sigma Chi International Fraternity. In 2010, they became a Board Member of the Greater Toluca Lake Neighborhood Council and a Fellow of the Southern California Leadership Network. The following year, they were appointed Chairmen of Santa Barbara City College Foundation's Alumni Committee. In 2011, they began their role as Senior Vice President Integrated Media Sales at Channel Factory. In 2016, they became the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for The Social Standard. In 2018, they began hosting The Ad Podcast. In 2022, they became an Advisor for Gated and took on the role of Celebrity Activations, Macro Creators and Brand Partnerships at RAD AI. Dylan is also a member of Toastmasters International.

Dylan Conroy's education history includes attending the Act One Screenwriting Program from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a Screenwriting degree. In 2005, they attended the University of California, Los Angeles and earned a Certificate in Entertainment Public Relations & Screenwriting. From 2000 to 2004, they attended UC Santa Barbara and earned a degree in Film and New Media with a field of study in Film, Production, and Screenwriting. Lastly, from 1999 to 2001, they attended Santa Barbara City College and earned a degree in Film with a field of study in Film, New Media, Economics, Native American Studies, Theater, Art Theirtory, Biology, and Geology.
