Ron Shah

Ron Shah has a diverse and extensive work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Ron is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Radancy since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at PrismHR from 2021 to 2023. Ron also held the same position at Fuel50 from 2019 to 2021.

Before these roles, Ron Shah worked at Hodges-Mace, LLC as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer from 2016 to 2019, and as the CFO from 2011 to 2015. Ron was responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, legal, client services, logistics, and call center functions.

Furthermore, they served as the CFO at phytest, a privately-held revenue cycle management company, from 2010 to 2011.

Prior to their leadership roles, they worked as a Director at VRA Partners, LLC, a boutique investment bank, from 2006 to 2010. Ron was also a Vice President at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising services for middle-market companies from 2002 to 2006.

Ron began their career as a Consultant at Clarkston Consulting from 1997 to 2000 and at CSC Consulting from 1996 to 1997.

Ron Shah attended Babson College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Ron later pursued their higher education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2000 to 2002, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
