Ryan Healy

Ryan Healy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and entrepreneurial leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Customer Success at Radancy since October 2023, Ryan previously co-founded and held the position of President at Brazen from September 2007 to October 2023, where Ryan spearheaded the development of Virtual Hiring Events and transitioned the company to a SaaS model. Additionally, Ryan co-founded Employee Evolution and worked as a Financial Consultant at IBM Global Services prior to these roles. Ryan is a graduate of Penn State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Business was earned from 2002 to 2006.
