Jody Bross

Jody Bross is an experienced professional in recruitment and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice-President of Recruitment at radar HeadHunters since September 2016. Prior to this, Jody spent over 16 years at Yacoub Elite Search, where roles included National Practice Leader and Principal, focusing on leading senior-level mandates in finance, accounting, human resources, and operations both nationally and globally. Jody has also held positions as Vice-President and Director, managing recruitment and consulting in finance, accounting, taxation, and human resources. Jody holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Women's Studies from Western University and has pursued further education at York University.
