Sophie Kuijper

Sophie Kuijper currently serves as a Senior Advisor at RadarAdvies and as a Staff Member of the Radicalisation Awareness Network (RAN), focusing on radicalisation, extremism, and polarisation. Previously, Sophie held various managerial roles at Boer & Croon, including Manager Public and Manager Healthcare, where responsibilities included developing advisory practices and mentoring trainees. Sophie has also worked as a Program Manager for Rode Kruis Nederland and Sanquin, overseeing strategic initiatives and process optimisations, and has experience as a Project Lead for ANWB and Laurentius Ziekenhuis. Education includes a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
