Julia Borgers

Julia Borgers is a PhD candidate and junior lecturer at Nijmegen School of Management, specializing in Organisational Design & Development with an emphasis on sustainability-oriented change. Julia's previous experience includes working as a waitress at Lilla Bjers Gårdskrog, a sustainable fine dining restaurant in Sweden, and serving as a marketing and sales assistant at Navingo BV, where responsibilities encompassed managing social media and organizing a major Offshore Energy Exhibition. Additionally, Julia coached international students in the Dutch language with Erasmus Language Sharing and contributed to the STAR Study Association at Rotterdam School of Management by organizing events. Julia holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Management from Uppsala University and has completed a Master's in Business Administration at the University of Amsterdam, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, supplemented by a bachelor exchange program at the Norwegian School of Economics.
