Frank Moscoso

Frank Moscoso has extensive experience in law enforcement and security management. Currently serving as a Police Sergeant and Crisis Negotiator at the Howard County Police Department since 2008, Frank has also held roles as a Police Corporal, Family Crimes Detective, and Patrol Officer. Additionally, Frank has been the Security Manager and Security Guard at Radcliffe Jewelers since 2009. Previous experience includes serving as a Patrol Officer at the Baltimore City Police Department from 2006 to 2008. Frank holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Eastern Gateway Community College, completed between 2020 and 2022, and a high school diploma from Richmond Hill High School, earned from 1984 to 1987.
