Susan Musman has over 25 years of experience in the customer service and operations industry. Susan began their career in 1985 as a VP Media Director at Ogilvy & Mather. In 1993 they moved to Bookspan, A Bertelsmann/Time Warner partnership, where they served as SVP Creative Operations for 10 years. In 2008, they founded the non-profit organization Veterans Watchmaker Initiative and also began working at Alliance Time as the Director of Web Content/Operations. In 2010, they took on the role of Customer Service Logistics Manager at Jomashop.com, and in 2013 they joined Tourneau Time Machine as a Customer Service Representative and Customer Service/Logistics Manager. In 2016, they worked as a Service Advisor at Cartier, and in 2017 they were a Customer Service Specialist at Radcliffe Jewelers.
Susan Musman received their Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing/Advertising from Baruch College in 1978. Susan has also completed 50% of the requirements for their MBA from St. John's University in New York, NY.
