Matthew Busch

Matthew Busch is an experienced operations manager currently at RADCO since August 2018, where responsibilities include internal corporate communications, team member engagement programs, health and wellness program management, and event planning. Prior to this role, Matthew served as the Associate Artistic Director for Out of Box Theatre, overseeing artistic direction and managing an internship program. Earlier experience includes office management at The RMN Agency, handling HR, bookkeeping, and commercial property management, as well as various roles in customer service and support at The Tea Room Savannah, Urban Outfitters, and CVS Pharmacy. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual and Performing Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design and is also a graduate of Fort Dorchester High School with an International Baccalaureate degree.
