Rachel Bennun

Rachel (Heli) Bennun has served as a director since December 2012 and was appointed as the Active Chairwoman of the Board of Directors on September 10, 2015. In addition, Heli served as a consultant to Company’s management for almost four years, beginning in January 2012. Heli has over 25 years of professional experience in hi-tech companies including co-founding Arel Communications & Software Ltd. (formerly NASDAQ: ARLC) and ArelNet Ltd. (formerly TASE: ARNT). Heli holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
