Shirly Bashan

Shirly Bashan, the VP of Systems Engineering, joined RADCOM in 2000. An experienced R&D manager with over 20 years of experience in the communications industry, Shirly started as a software developer, was promoted to an R&D team leader, and then an R&D group manager. Shirly was one of the R&D managers that led the company’s transition from hardware-based to fully virtualized, containerized products for the migration to 5G. Shirly has expert knowledge with multiple Big Data environments, Java full-stack development, and leading all end-to-end operational aspects of developing and deploying virtual assurance solutions for top-tier telecom operators. Shirly holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben Gurion University.
