Summer Thommen

Summer Thommen is the current Head of Facilitation Strategy at Raddle. Summer has also worked as an L&D Lead at IDEO and a Sr. Facilitator at Udemy. In their role as a Sr. Leadership Development Strategist at Sunrun, they were responsible for providing assessments and analysis of individual, team and organizational learning opportunities, developing a management development program, instructional design and curation of learning content in a variety of formats, facilitation and coaching, and providing support and subject matter expertise for Diversity & Inclusions and Employee Engagement initiatives. Summer is an expert in their field and is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.

Summer Thommen has a BS in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. Summer also has a certification from the Co-Active Training Institute in Certified CoActive Coach, certification from Cornell University in Design Thinking Certificate, and certification from ATD in ATD Master Trainer. Finally, they have a Mediator Certification from Mediation Works.

Summer Thommen reports to Liyani Rodriguez, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with and Tex Dworkin - Co-Founder & Chief Community Officer.
