Prior to this role, Adam accumulated extensive experience in financial trading, serving as a Trader at LEED Trading Limited from November 2015 to May 2023, and as Head of Sales Trading at both CLSA and Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities included overseeing sales trading operations. Adam's career in equity sales trading began at Nikko Citigroup from May 2000 to May 2005 and continued at Nikko Salomon Smith Barney Europe before transitioning into leadership roles.
