Katie Katz DNP, MSN, RN, FNP-BC, APHN-BC, CNE is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in both academia and clinical practice. Currently serving as an Associate Professor of Nursing at Radford University since August 2010, Katie has held progressive teaching roles including Assistant Professor and Instructor of Nursing. As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Everside Health since January 2014, Katie has also worked in various healthcare settings such as Long Term Care Medical Associates, LivingWell Health Solutions, Family Health Clinic, and served as a Registered Nurse at LewisGale Hospital Montgomery GME, MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, and Mission Health. Katie holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Radford University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
