Randy Davis

Randy Davis is an experienced Cyber Security Engineer and Backup Information Security Officer, currently serving as the IT Infrastructure Operations Manager at Radford University since January 2008. Responsibilities include data center management and system monitoring using tools such as WhatsUp Gold and Splunk. Prior to this role, Randy engaged in grade processing, SharePoint management, and worked with the Google Search Appliance. Previous experience includes serving as an IT Technician at EchoStar Corporation from November 2001 to November 2008. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Technology with a concentration in Networking from Radford University, completed in May 2021, and an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Science with a focus on System Administration and Help Desk Support from NRCC, attained between 2002 and 2004.
