An innately dynamic, qualified young management professional, Akshat Saraf drives sales, marketing and factory operations at Radha. He not only leads the team directly responsible for generating revenue for the organization, but is also responsible for ensuring that Radha Group maintains high levels of performance and enthusiasm across its sales and marketing functions. His unique insight has helped the company enter newer markets and today under his direction, the company is racing ahead to achieve its goal of becoming the number one steel manufacturing company in South India. A multi-faceted personality, he is an active member of CII; Young Indians (youth wing of CII); Y-CEO Club; Campden Family Connect; FICCI; has served as the Head of Innovation at Teach for Change - India from 2017 to 2019; is a Black Belt with certifications in three different martial art forms; and is also associated with various charitable organizations.
