Lenny Noice

Lenny Noice is a seasoned systems engineering professional with extensive experience in aerospace and integrated avionics systems. Currently serving in a Systems Engineering and Integration role at Radia, Inc. since January 2023, Lenny previously held the position of Associate Director of Systems Engineering at Collins Aerospace, where responsibilities included defining and developing Systems and Safety Architecture for Head-up Guidance Systems, mentoring teams, and strategizing technology for next-generation systems. Lenny's career also includes a tenure as Sr. Systems Engineering Manager at Rockwell Collins, ensuring the technical success of various programs, as well as serving as Sr. Systems Engineer to enhance systems development processes. Lenny holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Portland State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
