Lisa Tanno currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Radial Equity Partners since June 2025. Previously, Lisa held the position of Vice President of Design at Henrybuilt from June 2016 to June 2025, where leadership in design innovation and team development occurred during a significant national expansion. Prior experience includes co-founding and managing Aldridge & Tanno, an award-winning boutique design practice focused on immersive design, from March 2004 to June 2016, and various roles at Platt Dana Architects, Rogers Marvel Architects, and CS First Boston. Lisa's academic qualifications include a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
