Sabrina Wnorowski

As SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, Sabrina Wnorowski is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our employee lifecycle including talent attraction, employee engagement and talent development in our operations teams. An employee since 2015, Sabrina has held multiple positions within the human resources department, including previously leading Radial’s Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams. Sabrina has over 15 years of expertise in benefits, compensation, HR information systems and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Radial, she held multiple leadership positions in HR at Cenlar FSB. Sabrina earned a Master of Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and BA in Business Administration/Management and Political Science from Albright College. Sabrina is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Future Leaders Program and a certified Korn Ferry 360 coach.
