Mark Waypa

Mark Waypa has over 30 years of experience in human resources, starting from their role as Store Operations Manager at Brooks Drug, Inc in 1991. Mark has held various leadership positions at companies such as Union Carbide, UOP LLC, Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies, and PulteGroup. Currently, Mark is the Director of Human Resources - North America at Radiall since 2023.

Mark Waypa holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual majors in Personnel/Industrial Relations and Managerial Law and Public Policy from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Mark also holds certifications in Leadership Architect KFLA from Korn Ferry obtained in 2021 and Six Sigma Green Belt from Honeywell obtained in 2004.
