Maxime Delolme

Maxime Delolme has extensive experience in industrial operations within the electronic components sector, particularly in aerospace, defense, and medical applications. Currently serving as Responsable Unité Autonome de SCM/Production/Méthodes/Qualité at Radiall since January 2016, Maxime oversees the production platforms, ensuring strategic alignment with business unit goals and close collaboration with design and marketing teams. Prior to this role, Maxime has held various positions at Radiall, including production manager and responsible for surface treatment. Experience also includes a role as Innovation Engineer at Shanghai Radiall Electronics, where Maxime led R&D projects and managed the design of a new plant. Educational background includes an engineering degree in materials and physics, along with certifications in management and physical measurements.
