Livingston Holder

Livingston Holder is the Co-Founder and CTO at Radian Aerospace. Prior to Radian, Livingston was the Chief Program Executive at Air Launch LLC from January 2005 to December 2008. Livingston also served as VP Space Systems at Andrews Space from January 2002 to December 2004. In addition, Livingston was a COMSTAC Member at the FAA from January 1994 to December 2020. Prior to their work in the public sector, they were a Program Manager at Boeing from April 188 to December 2002. Livingston began their career as an Officer in the USAF from January 1978 to December 1988.

Livingston Holder has a MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a BS in Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.

Their manager is Richard Humphrey, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Chris Hoeft - Deputy Program Manager, Curtis Gifford - Co- Founder, COO & CFO, and Jeff Feige - Co-Founder & CRO.
