Mandy Sebel is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Partner of People & Talent at Radian Capital since 2021 and Chief People Officer at Mandy Sebel Consulting since 2011, Mandy provides interim CHRO services, HR consulting, and executive coaching. Previous positions include Chief People Officer at UiPath (2018 - 2021) and CAN Capital (2012 - 2017), as well as Director of People Strategy at SapientNitro. Mandy's career also includes significant roles at Dun & Bradstreet Corporation and Scient, where expertise in change management, executive search, and organizational design was demonstrated.
