Carol L Hammer has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. In 2021, they began working as the Chief Operating Officer and EVP, Process & Scaling for Radian Generation. From 2017 to 2021, they worked for Xerox in various roles, including Chief of Staff for Office of General Counsel Operations & Strategic Initiatives, Chief of Staff for Chief Operating Officer, and Chief of Staff for CTO / Sr. Manager Business Transformation. In these roles, they led the cross-functional COVID-19 response team, facilitated collaboration and meetings, leveraged advanced project management skills, managed and drove complex projects, facilitated meetings and workshops with C-suite executives, drove the creation of executive communications, implemented Lean Start Up tools and processes, led strategic transformation initiatives, and drove multiple workstreams in the development of plans to complete company merger with partner in Asia. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as the Director Business Transformation for Conduent, where they led business transformation in Product and Services delivery with lean principles and methods, drove the divestiture of Xerox\u2019s $1 billion IT infrastructure, and intervened with the delivery team to remediate the capability for large-scale highly-complex $500M+ account. From 2006 to 2014, they worked for Xerox in various roles, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Business Operations Manager, and Program Manager, Entry Production Color. In these roles, they created and piloted the new corporate phase gate delivery process, streamlined multiple business processes, managed an $80M Research & Development budget, defined and facilitated the operational management of a 450 person global technical development organization, and was accountable for successful delivery of three large-scale new Production Color products and several variants to the global marketplace.
