Daniel Mondragon

Director Of Operations at Radian Laser Systems

Daniel Mondragon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Daniel started their career as an Avionics Technician at Pacific Aerospace Resources and Technologies, where they gained expertise in performing avionics maintenance on different aircraft systems. Daniel then worked as an Aerospace Machinist at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they programmed and operated computer numerical control machines to produce machined parts.

Later, Mondragon joined Jonel Engineering as an Electronics Technician, where they fabricated custom industrial control panels and built communication cables. Daniel then served in the US Air Force Reserve as a Lead Avionics Technician, supporting the production and maintenance of avionics LRUs for the C-17 aircraft.

In 2016, Mondragon joined Optical Display Engineering as a Senior Avionics Technician, where they tested and troubleshooted complex electronics systems and managed repair actions. Daniel was later promoted to the role of Avionics Engineer, providing engineering support for repair programs and new product development. As a Senior Avionics Engineer, they led the electronic/electrical engineering support team and sourced new suppliers.

Most recently, Mondragon worked at Radian Laser Systems as a Senior Field Applications Engineer, where they utilized their expertise in laser systems and customer support. Daniel was later promoted to the role of Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the operations of the company.

Daniel Mondragon began their education at Santiago High School, where they earned a diploma in Mathematics in the year 2008. After completing high school, they enrolled at California State University, Fullerton from 2008 to 2010 to study Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Following this, Daniel attended the Community College of the Air Force from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Certificate in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician. Finally, from 2014 to 2018, Daniel pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering at Southern California Institute of Technology.
