Harshini Gangapuram

Harshini Gangapuram, Ph.D., is a Data Scientist I at Radian, specializing in statistical analysis, machine learning model development, and process optimization since August 2022. Prior to this role, Harshini was a Doctoral Student at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, where significant research contributions included achieving high accuracy in classifying EEG data and participating in innovative studies related to gene regulatory networks while supporting various research activities. Previous experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, NASA EPSCOR Research Assistant, and Graduate Student Research Assistant, where Harshini developed tools and educational materials, managed research data, and collaborated on medical engineering projects. Educational qualifications comprise a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, an M.S. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
