Lucas Burke

Lucas Burke has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information security. Lucas is currently serving as the Vice President of Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance / HIPAA Security Officer at Radian. In this role, they manage all aspects of information security risk, including third-party vendor risk management, contractual risk, and overall cyber security program positioning.

Prior to their current position, Lucas held the role of Vice President of Information Security Compliance & Assurance at Radian, where they were responsible for managing compliance with customer contractual obligations, legal and regulatory requirements, and best practice frameworks.

Before joining Radian, Lucas worked as the Director of Information Security Operations, leading Radian's National Security Operations team and delivering various technical security services.

Earlier in their career, Lucas held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Villanova University, where they established the university's first CISO position and implemented a comprehensive security strategy. Lucas also served as an Information Security Officer at Villanova, successfully leading the university through PCI DSS compliance and establishing incident response processes.

Additionally, Lucas gained experience as a Senior Network Security Engineer at SunGard and started their career as a Network Engineer, Network Analyst, and Technical Support Specialist.

Lucas Burke attended Drexel University from 2004 to 2005, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any field of study during this time.
