Nova Sayadian

Nova Sayadian is a NABCEP certified professional with extensive experience in the solar energy sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Radiance Solar since March 2024. Previously, Nova held the position of Vice President of EPC at JKB Energy Inc. from October 2015 to March 2024, demonstrating expertise in engineering, procurement, construction, and operations. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager positions at Phoenix Solar US and Belectric, Inc., along with leadership roles in construction and operations at 1st Light Energy, Cenergy Power, and Del Valle Homes. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from San Jose State University and an Associate's degree in Illustration Graphic Design from Modesto Junior College.
