Kaitlin Henderson

Kaitlin Henderson, Ph.D., is a Systems Architect at Radiance Technologies, with a strong background in Systems Engineering and Industrial Engineering. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, where Kaitlin contributed to several significant projects, including the Model-Based Systems Engineering Maturity Project and the Digital Engineering Metrics Project, resulting in technical reports, presentations, and a peer-reviewed journal publication. Kaitlin has demonstrated expertise in qualitative analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement, complemented by teaching experience in various courses within the Industrial and Systems Engineering department.
