Kevin Pinheiro

Kevin Pinheiro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevin began their career as a Wardrobe Consultant at Men's Wearhouse in 2009 and worked there until 2014. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Senior Care Concierge at Assisted Transition.

Kevin then transitioned to the engineering field, joining Radian Thermal Products in 2014. During their time there, they held multiple roles and responsibilities. As a Mechanical Engineering Intern from 2014 to 2017, they created 3D models using Solidworks, designed and optimized power dissipation solutions, and conducted tests to validate simulation results. Kevin also led meetings on document control and performed thermal calculations.

In 2017, Kevin was promoted to the role of Mechanical/Thermal Engineer, where they continued to use Solidworks to create 3D models, design thermal engineering projects, and interface with customers. Kevin also expanded their responsibilities to include creating 2D drawings, conducting tests in a lab environment, and generating detailed reports.

From 2019 to 2021, Kevin served as the Engineering Sales Manager at Radian Thermal Products. In this position, they analyzed customer requirements, provided thermal solutions, and managed design projects. Kevin also collaborated with customers and utilized machining, die casting, skiving, forging, and extrusion processes to manufacture products. Furthermore, they designed and optimized power dissipation solutions by combining heat sinks with Vapor Chambers and Heat Pipes.

Most recently, Kevin joined Cisco as a Mechanical Engineer in 2021, where they worked until 2022. Kevin'srole at Cisco involved applying their mechanical engineering expertise.

Currently, Kevin holds the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Radian, starting in November 2022.

Kevin Pinheiro earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University in the period from 2015 to 2018.
