Allen Cai

Allen Cai is currently working as a Product and Design Lead at Radiant AI, where he is focused on building tools to empower AI-driven outcomes. Previously, he has held roles as a Product Designer at Betteromics and Palantir Technologies, where he worked closely with customers and users to grow product platforms. With a background in industrial design and business administration from Carnegie Mellon University, Allen has experience in various design roles, including user experience design and research. He has also worked as a designer, producer, server, and cook at Waffle Shop, where he furthered the brand identity through merchandising and hosted a live talk show recorded weekly. At General Motors, he worked as a Research Assistant, focusing on researching and designing interfaces and interiors for future car systems.
