Senior Instructional Designer Contract Remote at Radiant Digital

Phillip Grace has a diverse work experience in instructional design and eLearning development. Phillip most recently worked at Radiant Digital as a Senior Instructional Designer, where they developed eLearning courses for Chevron and reviewed and troubleshooted courses developed by other instructional designers. Prior to that, they worked as an Instructional Designer at Shepherd Center, where they developed an eLearning course for their LMS. Phillip also worked as an Instructional Designer at Open Society Foundations, revising and updating their eLearning modules. Phillip has also held instructional design roles at ShiftWizard, Biologics Inc., Shooting Star Coaches Inc., and Parata Systems, where they gained experience in developing eLearning modules and conducting training events. Phillip has expertise in using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Photoshop, Snagit, and Corel VideoStudio for eLearning development.

Phillip Grace obtained multiple degrees and certifications throughout their education. Phillip completed their Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, with a major in Instructional Technology and a cognate in Behavior Analysis, from the University of South Florida in 2006. Prior to that, they earned an M.A. in Medical Anthropology and a B.A. in Anthropology from the same university, although the specific years of completion are not specified. Additionally, Phillip Grace pursued a general liberal arts curriculum at Florida Southern College, but did not obtain a specific degree.

In terms of certifications, they obtained a Test Design and Delivery Certificate from the American Society for Training and Development (now Association for Talent Development) in May 2011. In November 2010, they also received a Designing Synchronous Learning Certificate from the same institution. Moreover, Phillip Grace completed the Techniques for Effective for Aggression Management (TEAM): Physical certification and became an Instructor Trainer for the same program. These certifications were obtained in June 1986 at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, which is associated with the University of South Florida.
