Derek Pierce

Derek Pierce is a Manager of Operations at Radiant Healthcare since May 2024, bringing extensive experience in operations and project management from previous roles at Google from July 2016 to December 2023, including serving as a Vendor Management System Product Owner and Scalable Solutions Program Manager. In these positions, Derek was instrumental in enhancing vendor management systems and developing end-to-end workforce solutions. Additionally, Derek has a background in recruitment operations and program management, notably leading a global initiative to improve interviewer pool health at Google. Prior experience includes co-owning CellGiantLLC and interning at Deloitte and EmCare in financial services. Derek holds an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a B.S. in Quantitative Finance and Mathematics from James Madison University.
