Ashutosh Agrawal

Ashu focuses on investments in software and technology-enabled services companies, and is a member of TA’s Core Investment and Portfolio Committees. He serves on the Board of Directors of Edifecs, Idera, LeadVenture, Planview, Power Line Systems and Radiant Logic, and is actively involved in TA’s investment in Aptean, Flexera and LegalZoom. Ashu formerly served on the Boards of Aptean, Bomgar, Flexera, Maintenance Connection, Mitratech, Prometheus Group and Viewpoint.

Prior to joining TA in 2011, he was a Principal at Francisco Partners, where he served on the Board of Directors of a number of private technology companies, including EF Johnson Technologies, Grass Valley, Mincom, Primavera Systems and WatchGuard Technologies, among others. Previously, Ashu worked in the Investment Banking Division, Leveraged Finance Group, at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

He received a BS degree, summa cum laude, in Computer Science and an MEng in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and an MBA degree as a Baker Scholar with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School.
