Kat Scherdel

Kat Scherdel currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Radiant Vision Systems, focusing on aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and improving talent acquisition processes. Previously, Kat held the position of Director of Global Talent Operations at Twitch, where a Talent Operations function was established to enhance onboarding experiences and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
