Liyuan Wang

Liyuan Wang is currently working as a Software Test/DevOps Engineer at Radiant Vision Systems since October 2022. In this role, Liyuan is responsible for creating and implementing testing methods, recording test results, and providing recommendations to improve software programs. They have also implemented CI UnitTest and Build Pipeline.

Prior to their current role, Liyuan worked at Microsoft as a Hardware Test Engineer from February 2021 to August 2022. Their responsibilities included verifying, debugging, and testing touch functions of surface products and utilizing robot applications in Surface Touch and Pen lab. They also collaborated with other partner teams to enhance the user experience of Surface products.

In 2019, Liyuan was an Insight DevOps Fellow at Insight Data Science. During this time, they learned concepts, tools, and strategies of DevOps. They built a CI/CD pipeline using AWS EC2, Jenkins, Docker, and Terraform.

Liyuan Wang completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a focus on Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Washington. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at UC Santa Barbara.
