William H. has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Exotic Metals Forming in 2019. In this position, they learned the process of taking an idea from conception to implementation and successfully completed several projects while utilizing various software and tools.
Following their internship, William joined the University of Washington team working in collaboration with NASA, Boeing, Stanford University, and the University of Michigan. As an Aerospace Engineer, they focused on analyzing and understanding low-speed effects on supersonic aircraft. William'srole included acting as the lead design engineer and successfully developing a scale model of two engine nacelles using NX software.
In 2016, William took on the role of Manager at Zeeks Pizza, where they gained experience in customer satisfaction and employee morale. William worked closely with team members to ensure top-quality service to customers and collaborated with corporate partners on a business strategy initiative to navigate the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Most recently, William joined Radiant Vision Systems in 2021 as an Application Engineer II. William'sresponsibilities include developing and maintaining custom solutions for clients, building customized software solutions using optical measurement equipment, and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical individuals. William has demonstrated strong engineering and collaboration skills while delivering high-quality results in a team environment.
William H. completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2015 to 2018, they attended North Seattle College and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree. In 2018, they transferred to Edmonds College to pursue Pre-Engineering studies but did not graduate with a degree from this institution. Following this, from 2018 to 2020, William H. attended the University of Washington, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. In June 2021, they obtained a certification in Technology for Product Managers from LinkedIn.
