Liza Guinto

Liza Guinto, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and people and culture management. Liza currently holds the position of Corporate Director of People & Culture at Radiate Hospitality since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Radiate Hospitality from May 2019. Liza also briefly served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at the same company in May 2019. Before joining Radiate Hospitality, Liza worked at Denny's for over a decade, starting as a Senior Manager of Human Resources in October 2008 and eventually becoming the Regional Human Resources Manager for the company's 66 restaurants with 3,000 employees. Liza also worked as the Regional HR Manager - West Coast at H & M HENNES & MAURITZ RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED from September 2006 to September 2008. Liza's earlier experience includes roles such as Regional Human Resource Manager at Denny's Corporation from April 1997 to June 2006, Director at Biltmore Hotel & Suites from August 1994 to April 1997, and Director of Human Resources at Red Lion Hotel & Inns/Hilton Hotels from July 1988 to April 1995.
