Josh Caldwell

Josh Caldwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations within both non-profit and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Operations at Radical since April 2021, Josh previously held multiple roles at Lifeline Children's Services, culminating in the position of Vice President of International Ministry, where leadership was provided over the international adoption ministry. Earlier experience includes teaching and administrative roles at Shades Mountain Christian School, where Josh focused on spiritual development and athletics, as well as community outreach and recreation ministerial roles at The Church at Brook Hills and Valleydale Church. Josh holds a Master's Degree in Teaching from Liberty University and two Bachelor's Degrees in Human Development and Family Studies from Samford University.
