Rito Maitra

Rito Maitra is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist with extensive experience in software development, security analysis, and social entrepreneurship. As Co-Founder and CEO of Radical Health since June 2017, Rito focuses on harnessing technology to revolutionize healthcare. Additionally, Rito serves as a Producer at DhikChik, involved in film and theatre, and previously contributed as a consultant at the Samcara Foundation, aimed at enhancing the social entrepreneurial landscape in India. Rito has a strong technical background, having held roles such as Open Source Developer at Harvard's Berkman Klein Center, Research Associate at Microsoft Research, and various research positions at esteemed institutions including the University of Cambridge and CNRS. Rito co-founded Weave, addressing human body visualizations for fashion e-commerce while supporting marginalized artisans. Rito holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Patna, and has conducted research in computer and information systems security at the University of Cambridge.
