James Uminowicz

James Uminowicz has extensive experience in post-production and business ownership. Since April 2016, James has been serving as the Head of Post Production and Senior Post Producer at RadicalMedia LLC. Previously, James operated DubStraps from June 2011 to February 2023, designing and overseeing the production of custom NATO watch straps while managing the brand's website and online presence. Other roles include Post Production Coordinator at Outpost Digital (June 2015 - April 2016) and Vault Manager at @radical.media (September 2009 - June 2015). In addition, James contributed as a writer for the menswear/humor blog Four Pins during April to June 2013. James holds a degree from Pace University's Lubin School of Business, earned between 2005 and 2009.
