Prateek Prashar

Prateek Prashar has amassed a wealth of experience in the Human Resources field over the years. Prateek has held various senior positions in leading companies such as Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Johnson Controls, STARTEK, WNS, Vanguard, Ansals Group, and RBG Group. Prashar's roles ranged from Executive HR to Senior Vice President of Human Resources, showcasing their progression and expertise in the HR domain.

Prateek Prashar completed their B.Sc.(Hon's) in Electronics from Delhi University in 1998. Prateek then pursued a Master's in Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD) from Delhi School of Economics between 1998-2000. Prateek also attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for a Management Program on Leadership. Additionally, they participated in an Executive Development Program at the University of Michigan. Prateek has obtained various certifications, including a Leadership Program from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and others such as Gallup Q12 and Internal ISO Auditor.
