Emma Freivogel is an accomplished founder and CEO with extensive experience in charitable recruitment and social value initiatives, currently leading Radical Recruit, the UK's only charitable recruitment partner focused on diversity and social impact. As Co-Founder and Director of Consultancy at B-Radical Ltd, Emma assists businesses in transforming diversity and corporate social responsibility rhetoric into actionable outcomes. Emma's prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Working Chance, where Emma managed a not-for-profit recruitment consultancy for women ex-offenders, and various leadership positions at The Hyde Group and Thomas Pocklington Trust, focusing on community services for disadvantaged populations. Emma's educational background includes studies in Health Science, Human Services, and Disability Studies from Deakin University and RMIT University.
