Rich Osborn

Rich Osborn is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in venture capital and strategic advisory roles. As the Founder and General Partner of RecapHealth Ventures since August 2021, Rich focuses on generating financial and social impact through investments in various stages of company growth across North America and Europe. Rich serves as a Senior Advisor and Managing Partner of Roller Labs, a corporate venture fund launched by Canadian Tire Corporation, and is a Member of the Board of Advisors at Nicola Wealth. Other notable positions include Strategic Advisor for League, Chair of BC Tech, and private investor in companies such as AlayaCare, Klue, Ecoation Innovative Solutions Inc., and LifestyleRx. Rich completed an Executive Leadership program at Harvard University and holds an MBA from The University of British Columbia, along with an Honours Arts degree from Queen's University.
