Richa Mehta

Richa Mehta currently serves as a Partner at Radical Ventures, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Richa was a Principal at ICONIQ Capital from October 2020 to November 2024, where portfolio coverage included notable investments such as 1Password, Aurora Solar, and Crowdstrike, among others. Richa has also engaged as an investor for various companies, including roles as a Series B investor at Drata and Pepper, Series C investor at Ramp, and Series D investor at BetterUp. Richa holds dual degrees in Economics and International Studies from The Wharton School and participated in a study abroad program at Kyoto University. Richa's educational foundation began at Seisen International School in Tokyo, Japan, where an International Baccalaureate Diploma was earned.
