Yvonne Likomanova

Yvonne Likomanova is a Director of Talent of Radical Ventures. She currently leads Radical’s human capital efforts by supporting the firm’s talent network and partnering with portfolio companies on their talent management strategy and technical recruitment needs.

Prior to Radical, Yvonne built and led the technology recruitment business for Inventure, working with mission-driven tech firms and hedge funds building new software/AI services, systems and products. Yvonne was also a founding member of the Quant, Tech and Data team at GQR and served as the West Coast Regional Director of the Hedge Fund Association.

Yvonne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Film Studies from Claremont McKenna College, where she also played on the women’s tennis team.
