Prior to that, Giancarmine was the Director of Operations at RadiciGroup (2019-2021) and held various leadership positions at Prysmian Group from 2006 to 2019, including Operations Director in Germany and Plant Director in the Netherlands, where responsibilities encompassed operational efficiency, safety management, and restructuring initiatives. Giancarmine holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with an MBA in International Business and a Green Belt Certificate in Business Administration.
