Mike Alexander

Mike Alexander is an experienced leader in operations and product management within the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as SVP of Operations at Radicle Health since August 2024, following KCare's integration. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at KCare, Technical Strategy Director at Sysco LABS, and various leadership positions at Four Hands, ePatientFinder, athenahealth, FirstCare, Loblolly Consulting, Seilevel, and ETS. Mike holds a Master of Library and Information Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Trinity University.
