Daryn Gardner

Daryn Gardner is a seasoned professional in consumer and mortgage lending, currently serving as Vice President at RadiFi Credit Union since May 2024. With extensive experience as an NFLPA Contract Advisor for Sports Entity Group since October 2009, Daryn provides career management guidance to athletes. Previous roles include Director of Mortgage Operations at PenFed Credit Union and Jax Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities encompassed managing process improvements in origination, underwriting, and servicing departments. Daryn also held the position of Underwriting Manager at Digital Risk, ensuring production and quality standards were met, and worked as a Member Solutions Specialist III at Florida Credit Union, focusing on delinquent mortgage processing and underwriting. Daryn holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida.
